Technical Sales Manager

**Job Description** As a Technical Sales Manager/Sales Engineer at Bharat Engineering Solutions (BES), you will be responsible for managing technical sales activities, providing account management support, offering technical support to customers, and ensuring excellent sales and customer service. Your role will primarily be based in Coimbatore with some remote work accepted. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating and executing sales strategies/plans for your territory in collaboration with leadership, including prospecting, qualifying, and cultivating new sales leads. - Partnering with key peers in the organization to assist in closing complex and technical sales as required. - Building meaningful relationships with current and potential customers through various customer-centric approaches. - Converting qualified leads into clients by engaging them through tailored discovery discussions and introducing meaningful solutions. - Supporting customers at all times to optimize satisfaction and retention. - Collaborating internally with peers on quality and engineering specifications related to customer inquiries. - Identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and renewing contracts with customers. - Reviewing client inquiries documentation and responding to customer requests. - Providing technical advice for products/services, participating in sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate records on the company CRM system. **Qualifications** To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Technical sales and sales skills - Account management and customer service skills - Technical support expertise - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand and articulate technical information effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset - Prior experience in industrial sales or engineering industry - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field **Additional Company Details** Bharat Engineering Solutions (BES) specializes in sustainable solutions for energy-efficient pumps, vacuum pumps, hygiene valves/pumps, heat exchangers, and custom fasteners across various industries.
