Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC specialist at Allwin Cold Chain Solutions, located in Ahmedabad. The QA/QC specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, and maintaining quality management systems. Key tasks include performing quality audits, implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and continuously monitoring and improving quality standards within the organization for cold chain solutions in pharmaceutical sector Qualifications Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Proficiency in Quality Auditing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the cold chain or pharmaceuticals industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Life Sciences Plus point if done MBA in Marketing.
