Technical Sales Manager

As a Technical Sales Manager, your role involves visiting retail outlets as per the daily route plan to ensure effective product placement and visibility. You will be responsible for promoting primary sales (distributor-level) and secondary sales (retail-level) in the assigned territory. Building strong relationships with retailers and distributors to drive repeat business is a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will gather market feedback on products, pricing, and competition, execute product launches, schemes, and promotional activities at the outlet level, and track daily sales to report regularly to the Sales Manager. Coordinating with the supply chain/logistics to ensure product availability at points of sale and maintaining records of visits, customer interactions, and sales outcomes are also crucial tasks. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum qualification: Graduate / MBA(Freshers)/+2 with relevant experience - Proven field sales experience, preferably in consumer goods - Good communication and negotiation skills - Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred) In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect a competitive salary as per industry standards, travel allowance (TA) provided as per company policy, daily allowance (DA) for fieldwork, and performance-based incentives on achieving sales targets.
