Role Summary:

Responsible for PAN-India sales of Ficep S.p.A. forging presses and capital equipment to the forging and heavy engineering industry, from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Ficep forging presses (mechanical, direct-drive screw, hydraulic, friction, etc.) and related capital equipment across India.
  • Identify and develop customers in forging mills, automotive, and heavy engineering; build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand technical requirements and recommend suitable press solutions; prepare and present techno-commercial offers and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for installation, commissioning and basic after-sales support; achieve assigned sales targets with extensive pan-India travel.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum

    10 years’ experience

    in sales of forging presses / heavy industrial machinery / capital equipment.
  • Strong understanding of forging processes and press types; excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, willing to travel extensively.
