Technical Sales Manager

We are hiring for the position of Technical Sales Manager

Location: Delhi & Bhubaneshwar

Experience: Minimum 4 years in food diagnostics kit sales

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to manage and grow our Food Diagnostics business in the North India region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new customers and manage existing accounts

Drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets

Develop strong relationships with end users and distributors

Manage complete sales cycle independently

Execute market strategies and provide competitive insights

Support marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns

Ensure timely collections and expand distributor network

Frequent travel (up to 70%) across the region

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in science (MBA preferred)

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of food diagnostic kits

Experience in the seafood industry is an added advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Ensure strong internal controls and accurate revenue recognition
