Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Technical Sales Manager. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing technical sales processes, building customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing technical support to clients. The role also involves account management to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of solutions with client needs. The selected candidate will act as the primary bridge between technical teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions efficiently. Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales strategies to effectively communicate product value and close deals Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients Experience in delivering Technical Support and understanding customer requirements Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record in meeting sales quotas and working in a customer-focused environment Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and contribute to solution development Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in AI or technology-based solutions is a strong advantage Candidate must have strong sense of targets
