Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, offering tailored solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves building strong client relationships, generating sales, and contributing to the company's overall growth in the Waste Heat Recovery sector and growing heat pump market

Qualifications

5 to 12 years of experience
Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales techniques, with a focus on energy solutions
Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
Experience in providing Technical Support and addressing technical challenges for product implementation
Demonstrable expertise in Customer Service and ensuring a positive client experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze technical and business problems to deliver effective solutions
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; experience in a similar role is a plus
