Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager / Executive with a strong background in agriculture equipment or agri-infrastructure sales, preferably in grain handling, silos, or storage systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving silo project sales from concept to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for grain storage silos across India.
• Engage with rice millers, grain traders, food processing units, and EPC contractors.
• Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and customer consultations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for proposal preparation.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain market intelligence and competitor insights.

Requirements

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Agriculture, or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture machinery, storage, or infrastructure sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Proven ability to meet targets and close technical sales.
