1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors (Pharma, Food, Healthcare, Engineering, etc.)
Manage existing client accounts and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
2. Technical Expertise
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to ensure feasibility and customization.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Conduct product demos, trials, and on-site visits when required.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Recommend new product ideas or improvements based on market needs.
Develop strategies to expand market share.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Maintain CRM records and documentation of key client communications.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company.
Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
MBA in Marketing or Business Management (added advantage)
Experience: 48 years in technical or industrial sales, preferably in filtration, cleanroom, or process equipment industries.
Strong understanding of industrial filtration, sterilization, or air-handling systems
Ability to read technical drawings/specifications
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and presentation tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong technical understanding and problem-solving approach
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel across India
