Technical Sales Manager

As a Technical Sales Manager for BDH Dye Chem Pvt Ltd, your role involves driving sales and expanding the company's presence in the textile industry. You should have a strong background in textile chemicals, excellent customer relationship management skills, and hands-on experience in conducting technical trials for dyeing and finishing processes. - Develop and manage relationships with textile processing units, dyeing houses, and manufacturers. - Conduct technical trials and demonstrations of dyes and chemicals at customer sites. - Provide technical support and solutions to customers to enhance product performance. - Achieve sales targets and explore new business opportunities. - Work closely with the R&D team to improve product offerings based on market feedback. - Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities. - Travel to customer locations across Faridabad, Noida, and Ghaziabad for business development. Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales of textile dyes and chemicals. - Strong knowledge of dyeing, printing, and finishing processes. - Good network in the textile industry with proven sales track record. - Ability to conduct technical trials and troubleshoot customer issues. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and result-oriented.
