PositionRecruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) LocationHyderabad ( Bachupally ) MondaySaturday Timings09am to 4:30 pm Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both faculty and administrative staff. - Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including posting on job boards, managing campus job fairs, and networking. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers. - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Maintain recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. - Build a talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and academic communities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in higher education or a similar industry. - Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
