As a Recruiter & Employee Experience Specialist at Vivanti, you will play a crucial role in championing our brand, attracting exceptional talent, and enhancing the overall employee experience to make Vivanti the best place to work in Bengaluru. Your responsibilities will be divided into two main areas: **Role Overview** You will be primarily responsible for talent acquisition, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building pipelines of cloud, data, and AI talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to forecast needs and shape recruitment strategies.
