Consultant - Java Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: At Vivanti, as a Java FullStack Developer, you will be responsible for driving the development of scalable, data-driven web applications and platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, maintain, and optimize solutions that drive digital transformation. Your role will involve architecting, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, and interactive frontends. Additionally, you will stay updated on emerging tools, frameworks, and data/cloud trends to drive continuous improvement and support solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, and interactive frontends - Optimize and manage relational databases by writing performant SQL queries, designing schemas, tuning indexes, and troubleshooting joins/subqueries - Stay ahead of emerging tools, frameworks, and data/cloud trends to drive continuous improvement - Support solution delivery throughout the full project lifecycle, from design workshops to production maintenance Qualifications Required: - 6 - 12 years of full-stack development experience - Proficiency in Java-based backend frameworks such as Quarkus, Spring Boot, etc. - Frontend expertise in Vite, Svelte, React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets - Experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB - Strong foundation in application security, testing (unit/integration), CI/CD pipelines - Knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven patterns like Kafka, RabbitMQ - Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Additional Details: Vivanti was founded as a haven for talented technologists with a mission to transform businesses and create a smarter, more connected world through the power of data and technology.
