Profile brief:

• Min exp. of 2 to 5 years into IT hiring
• Exp. in closing profiles for MERN stack
• Worked on closing junior to senior level profiles
• Good comms
• End to end IT recruitment exp. is required ( Sourcing, interviews, salary negotiations and offer letter release )
• 6 days working ( Saturdays permanent WFH )
• 8 hour login ( Flexible timings )

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions (MERN stack dev, software developers, engineers, data analysts, cloud specialists, IT support, etc.).
  
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
  
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, career sites, and social platforms.
  
• Source candidates using various methods such as LinkedIn, talent databases, referrals, networking, and outbound search.
  
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates technical and soft skills.
  
• Coordinate interviews with technical teams, collecting feedback and ensuring smooth communication.
  
• Facilitate offer negotiations, prepare offer letters, and support onboarding processes.
  

Candidate & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future roles.
  
• Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline data, etc.).
  
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain organized and compliant candidate records.
  
• Continuously optimize recruitment strategies based on data and hiring trends.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tech roles, and competitive hiring practices.
