Position: Growth and Automation Intern/executive

As a Growth and Automation Intern, you will support the team in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention by leveraging data-driven growth strategies and automating key business processes. You will gain hands-on experience in growth hacking techniques, marketing automation tools, and analytics to help scale the company’s reach and efficiency.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and executing growth experiments to increase user acquisition and engagement.
• Support the automation of marketing campaigns, workflows, and reporting using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Analyze user data and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies and improve user funnel conversion.
• Document processes and help maintain automation systems for scalability.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and growth strategies.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or data visualization is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
