Job Description

Industry: Human Resources Consulting | Sector: Technology Talent Acquisition. We specialise in end-to-end technical hiring for high-growth software product and IT services firms across India. Our recruiters embed on-site with engineering leadership to secure top developers, cloud architects and data talent, ensuring rapid yet quality-driven scale.
Role & Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for software, cloud, data and DevOps positions from role intake to offer close.
Source active and passive talent via Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow and local tech communities.
Conduct resume reviews and initial technical screens, validating skills, cultural alignment and compensation expectations.
Coordinate multi-stage interviews, drive timely feedback and uphold a 7-day time-to-offer SLA.
Provide hiring managers with market insights, salary benchmarks and diversity hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS, delivering weekly metrics on funnel health, time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: 2-5 years technical recruiting experience within IT product, services or startup settings; strong sourcing proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean strings; hands-on ATS usage (Greenhouse, Lever, SuccessFactors or similar); solid understanding of SDLC, cloud and modern tech stacks; exceptional stakeholder management and offer-closing skills; metric-driven mindset with focus on time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
Preferred: Experience scaling India engineering hubs; exposure to employer branding initiatives and university hiring; knowledge of hackathon-based sourcing; certification in talent acquisition or HR analytics; familiarity with Indian labor law compliance.
