Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and extending offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and conducting reference checks.
• Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 2 to 8 Years of experience.
• Experience recruiting for Healthcare domain is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
