Tech Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles (SDEs, QA, DevOps, Product, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft effective hiring strategies
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain reports/tracking sheets
• Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, networking)
• Good understanding of various tech roles and skill sets
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
