Job Description

Role Overview:

Were looking for a Junior IT Recruiter with a passion for tech hiring and a knack for sourcing top talent. Youll support end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, working closely with TA team.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates within agreed timelines.

Build and maintain talent pipelines, including passive candidates.

Advertise roles effectively across job boards and other platforms.

Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and deliver strong matches.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
