IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team fit.
Source and attract candidates using job boards (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate salary and rate terms with candidates and close offers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for current and future requirements.
