Role Description

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and successfully placing top technical talent. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and facilitating the hiring process. The position plays a critical role in aligning hiring objectives with organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and comprehensive hiring processes
• Strong experience in sourcing and Recruiting for technical roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Relevant experience in staffing services or recruitment, preferably in the IT domain
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
