As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of the recruitment process. This includes building strong candidate pipelines and successfully placing top technical talent. Your role will be full-time and on-site based in Vadodara. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively - Collaborate with hiring managers - Facilitate the hiring process - Play a critical role in aligning hiring objectives with organizational needs Qualifications: - Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and comprehensive hiring processes - Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting for Business Professional roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Relevant experience in staffing services or recruitment, preferably in the Business Professional domain - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
