Recruiter (Business Professional)

Role Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and successfully placing top technical talent. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and facilitating the hiring process. The position plays a critical role in aligning hiring objectives with organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and comprehensive hiring processes
• Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting for Business Professional roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Relevant experience in staffing services or recruitment, preferably in the Business Professional domain
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
