Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and Non Technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
Manage end-to-end recruitment predominantly for Non IT Roles.
Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate interviews with teams.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5-6 years in recruitment, preferably in SaaS or IT product companies.
Strong understanding of roles, skills, and terminologies
Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring targets.
