Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and Non Technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment predominantly for Non IT Roles.
  • Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate interviews with teams.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-6 years in recruitment, preferably in SaaS or IT product companies.
  • Strong understanding of roles, skills, and terminologies
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring targets.
