Job Overview : We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and take the lead on end-to-end recruitment for technology and engineering roles. You will play a vital role in identifying top talent, driving a seamless recruitment process, and helping us scale our team with the right people. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and engage top tech talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding Maintain and update ATS and recruitment dashboards Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs Support employer branding and talent outreach efforts Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/Software/Engineering roles) Willingness and ability to work in EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours is mandatory Strong understanding of technical skills and job roles in the IT industry Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Prior experience recruiting for global clients, especially U.S.-based companies Familiarity with U.S. hiring practices, time zones, and communication styles Understanding of remote hiring workflows and virtual interview processes Why Join Us?
