Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Remote Experience: 4–5 Years in a Product-Based Tech Company Department: Talent Acquisition Position Overview: As a **Technical Recruiter** , you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring high-impact technical talent to support our product and engineering growth. You will be the go-to expert in recruiting for roles across backend/frontend engineering, data science, DevOps, and product management. Your experience in product-based tech companies will help you identify candidates who thrive in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. Key Responsibilities: * Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing through to offer and onboarding * Collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies * Actively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche communities * Screen and assess candidates for technical ability and cultural fit * Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates. * Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process * Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and leadership on pipeline progress and market trends * Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen company’s presence in the tech hiring market * Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools Required Qualifications: * 4–5 years of technical recruiting experience in product-based technology companies * Strong track record hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, SREs, and DevOps. * Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and the technical skill sets involved. * Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and recruitment platforms. * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a high-growth environment * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience hiring for AI/ML or SaaS product teams. * Experience recruiting across global markets. * Technical background or familiarity with programming concepts is a plus.
