Technical Recruiter

As a Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruiter at Bharti Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in acquiring top talents for our organization. You will work closely with the HR Department to understand and fulfill the staffing and talent needs effectively. Utilizing your skills and experiences, you will source, screen, and interview quality candidates from various platforms and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Your responsibilities will include liaising with relevant parties to understand talent requirements, utilizing your expertise in sourcing and screening candidates, analyzing candidate interactions, and maintaining candidate data. You will be instrumental in guiding candidates through the selection process until their successful onboarding. The ideal candidate for this position should have 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field, proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and job portals, as well as a strong background in IT recruitment. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential for effective candidate engagement. Additionally, candidates with a degree in Human Resources or a related field will be preferred.
