Technical Recruiter

• Graduation from a technical background (BE/B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc IT) preferred.
• 3 years of Experience in IT / Technology hiring.
• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements.
• Detailed analysis of the Job Description (JD) to understand the requirements thoroughly.
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc
• Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships & and credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Submitting the candidate's resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & and video calls.
• Should have work experience or good knowledge in recruitment consultancies.
• Excellent English Communication Skills - written and verbal, convincing skills, and negotiation skills
• Good Knowledge of IT Technologies.
• Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
