Assignment Description: We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead project planning and execution for key technology initiatives. The role requires working closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals, manage development teams, assess technical requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate with stakeholders to form project teams, assign responsibilities, allocate resources, and define project schedules to ensure timely delivery.  Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and potential escalations; proactively develop mitigation strategies.  Ensure seamless integration of business goals with technical capabilities.  Stay informed on latest technology trends and assess their applicability in ongoing and future projects.  Define non-functional requirements including compatibility across hardware, OS, and software platforms.  Manage simultaneous projects with competing priorities in a high-speed environment.  Engage effectively with clients to understand underlying needs, suggest technical approaches, and deliver optimized solutions in alignment with business objectives. Candidate Profile – Required Qualifications:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  10+ years of experience managing technical teams and leading complex projects.  At least 4 years of hands-on technical experience in software development, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure.  Prior experience managing Government or large-scale public sector projects is highly desirable.  Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.  Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Technical Tools & Skills:  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.  Solid knowledge of technical documentation, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination. Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):  PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification  Prince2 Certification  ITIL Certification Why Join We Win Limited?
