The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback or support. Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Stay updated with services, new updates & policies. Rotational shifts. Qualifications and Skills: A bachelor’s or Masters degree in Commerse (B. Com, M Com, persuing CA or CS is a plus. 1-2 yrs. proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Assignment Description: We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead project planning and execution for key technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate with stakeholders to form project teams, assign responsibilities, allocate resources, and define project schedules to ensure timely delivery.  Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and potential escalations; proactively develop mitigation strategies.  Ensure seamless integration of business goals with technical capabilities.  Stay informed on latest technology trends and assess their applicability in ongoing and future projects.  Define non-functional requirements including compatibility across hardware, OS, and software platforms.  Manage simultaneous projects with competing priorities in a high-speed environment.  Engage effectively with clients to understand underlying needs, suggest technical approaches, and deliver optimized solutions in alignment with business objectives. Candidate Profile – Required Qualifications:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  10+ years of experience managing technical teams and leading complex projects.  At least 4 years of hands-on technical experience in software development, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure.  Prior experience managing Government or large-scale public sector projects is highly desirable.  Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.  Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Technical Tools & Skills:  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.  Solid knowledge of technical documentation, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination.
