Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager with 3–5 years of proven project management experience and minimum 2 years of prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer.

The ideal candidate must be PMP certified and capable of leading complex, cross-functional technology projects with strong ownership, strategic thinking, and delivery excellence.

You will manage timelines, resources, risks, client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of Mobile & Web application projects while leveraging your technical background to guide teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

● Define scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery milestones ● Build detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and execution roadmaps

● Track progress, monitor KPIs, and maintain reporting dashboards ● Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure smooth Agile execution

Team Leadership & Collaboration

● Work closely with developers, QA teams, designers, and business stakeholders ● Manage task allocation, delivery timelines, and team coordination ● Resolve blockers and ensure efficient cross-team collaboration ● Provide technical direction based on development background

Client & Stakeholder Management

● Gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks ● Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly ● Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations

Risk & Quality Management

● Identify project risks early and drive mitigation plans ● Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery guidelines ● Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and release cycles

Documentation & Reporting

● Prepare BRDs, SRS, project timelines, sprint reports, and release notes ● Maintain accurate project documentation and process compliance

Mandatory Skills

● PMP Certification (must-have) ● 3–5 years of experience in Project Management ● Prior 2 years of software development experience ● Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project delivery models ● Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, Asana) ● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills ● Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capability

Good-to-Have Skills

● Exposure to .NET, Java, JavaScript, or similar tech stacks ● Experience with CI/CD workflows and DevOps processes ● Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure) ● Experience managing Mobile & Web application projects ● Certifications like CSM, Agile PM, or Scrum Master

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (BE/BTech, MCA, BCA, MSc) ● Total 5–7 years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in development) ● PMP certification
