About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Developer to join our Finance Transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OneStream XF, with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations. This role demands a strong understanding of financial consolidation and planning processes, along with the ability to design, develop, and optimize Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions tailored to evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Design and implement OneStream solutions for Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A processes. Build and manage metadata, cube views, dashboards, forms, quick views, and workflow profiles. Develop and maintain business rules, including: Custom Consolidations Intercompany Eliminations Currency Translations and Overrides Cash Flow Automation Event Handlers and Extensibility Rules Lead or support multi-GAAP and multi-currency model implementations. Design multi-dimensional planning models such as Sales Forecasting, Workforce Planning, and CapEx Planning. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver BI and analytics solutions. Integrate OneStream with external systems using REST APIs, SQL, or file-based ETL methods. Ensure data integrity, perform data reconciliation, and troubleshoot data integration issues. Participate in system testing, UAT, issue resolution, and provide user training. Deliver reporting solutions using Smart View, Excel Add-In, and custom reporting packs. Maintain up-to-date documentation, including design specifications, test cases, admin manuals, and training guides. Required Qualifications 38 years of experience in EPM platforms with a minimum of 2 years in OneStream. Successfully delivered 12 end-to-end OneStream implementation projects. Proficient in: OneStream Design Studio, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow Business Rules using VB.NET Smart View and Excel Add-In Solid understanding of financial consolidation processes: intercompany eliminations, ownership structures, and adjustments. Familiarity with entity- and group-level financial close cycles and planning. Experience working with OneStream Marketplace solutions such as BI Blend, Thing Planning, or People Planning. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience with SQL, relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), and cloud platforms (SaaS/PaaS). Preferred Skills Exposure to tools such as FCCS, Hyperion, or Anaplan. Experience with OneStream Extensibility Framework (Dashboard Extenders, Event Handlers). Familiarity with modules related to Data Management, Reconciliation, and Audit Compliance.
