Job Description

Job Title:

1. Project Planning & Initiation

  • Understand client requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and compliance needs aligned with project standards. 

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings, weekly status calls, and alignment discussions.
  • Provide transparent communication through regular reports and progress updates. 

3. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with testing, certification, inspection, engineering, and lab teams.
  • Ensure required resources, tools, and approvals are available on time.
  • Work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and maintain workflow efficiency. 

4. Execution & Quality Monitoring

  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables in line with project processes.
  • Monitor quality, compliance, and adherence to standards like ISO, regulatory, or industry-specific requirements.
  • Manage scope changes, risks, and issues proactively. 

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain SOWs, test plans, reports, trackers, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Ensure all records meet project quality management and documentation control requirements.
  • Support audits, reviews, and client documentation requests. 

6. Financial & Contract Oversight

  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for billing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with contractual commitments and SLAs.

7. Client Satisfaction & Relationship Building

  • Address client queries, expectations, and escalations promptly.
  • Gather feedback and implement improvement actions to enhance service delivery.
  • Support opportunities for new work, repeat business, or expanded service offerings. 

8. Project Closure.

  • Conduct closure meetings, final deliverable sign-offs, and documentation handovers.
  • Perform lessons-learned reviews and contribute to process improvements.
  • Archive all records and complete final financial closure.
  • Provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) to Internal BAU / MS team hand over project details to them to take things forward.
