Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and timelines
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Review code, architecture decisions, and technical feasibility
  • Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and server infrastructure
  • Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability
  • Handle client communication, progress updates, and risk management
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Technical Requirements:

  • Mandatory past experience as Web Developer

  • Laravel (PHP Framework)
  • MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Strong understanding of

    backend & frontend architecture

  • Hands-on knowledge of

    DevOps & Server Management

  • Linux server handling
  • Deployment & monitoring
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with

    AWS services

    (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Docker / containers is a plus
  • Understanding of scalability, load balancing, and security best practices

Project Management Skills:

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology
  • Strong documentation, estimation, and reporting skills
  • Ability to mentor developers and resolve technical blockers

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication with technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Client-handling experience preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to SaaS or large-scale applications
  • Experience in handling international clients
  • PMP / Scrum certification (optional)
