Job Description

Role Overview:

Inbound Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Share proposals/quotations and follow up for closure.
Conduct basic product/service demos.
Maintain CRM updates and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with technical teams for requirement understanding.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT services (web/mobile development, software solutions, SaaS).
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Experience with CRM tools preferred.
Bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years of experience in IT sales (freshers with good communication can apply).
