Key Responsibility


  • Handle

    inbound leads

    from multiple channels (website, campaigns, referrals, marketplaces).
  • Understand customer requirements and provide

    product demos & consultations

    .
  • Manage the entire

    sales cycle

    – lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with the

    Customer Success team

    to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive

    upsell, cross-sell, and renewals

    .
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the

    CRM system

    .
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product & marketing teams.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly

    sales and revenue targets

    .


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in

    Inside Sales / SaaS Sales / Customer Success

    (preferably in global markets).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in

    English

    (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience in handling

    inbound leads

    and converting them into paying customers.
  • Good understanding of

    B2B SaaS sales cycles

    .
  • Comfortable giving

    online product demos

    and explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

    .
