Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering assistance to improve the user experience on our platform. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer care.
