Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via calls, chat, and email.
  • Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow communication guidelines and company policies.
  • Achieve daily/weekly customer support targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,294.53 - ₹17,000.00 per month
