✨ About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Team. The role requires handling customer queries, maintaining CRM data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain and update CRM data accurately
• Prepare daily/weekly reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
• Provide clear and correct information to customers
• Assist in improving customer satisfaction and experience
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required Skills & Attributes

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry, typing)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good problem-solving and listening skills
• Must be available for immediate joining

• Freshers
• Graduates from any stream
• Pursuing students may also apply
• No prior experience required
