Inbound Sales Specialist

Role Overview: As an Inbound Sales Representative at Xtratrust in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be handling inbound sales inquiries through various communication channels such as calls and emails. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable solutions like DSC or eSign products and services. Your ultimate aim will be to convert inbound leads into successful sales, ensuring that monthly sales targets are met or exceeded. It is essential to focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential customers while effectively collaborating with technical and support teams to address customer queries promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide recommendations for appropriate solutions. - Convert inbound leads into successful sales, ensuring monthly targets are met or exceeded. - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust. - Collaborate with technical and support teams to address and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. - Prepare and update sales reports regularly, keeping track of lead status. - Deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction levels and promote customer retention. - Follow up on leads generated from different marketing campaigns and sources. Qualifications: - Ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor's degree. - Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms. - Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or IT-related positions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
