About the role:

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving client engagement and internal coordination by delivering the utmost value in our evidence-based IT & Cybersecurity solutions. You will serve as an advisor to our clients, owning every phase of the post-sale process from product implementation and training through product optimization and maintenance. The Technical Project Coordinator will partner with our internal solutions teams to align and provide insights on client deliverables, as well as align client feedback into product requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute implementation and training from client onboarding.
• Manage ongoing projects and client relationships to drive full solution adoption and engagement as well as customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily communication - phone call, emails, and messages - with clients and escalate with internal stakeholders.
• Document project reports and presentations.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and project teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery that exceeds expectations.
• Advise clients on industry best practices, including workflows and governance models, as well as opportunities to leverage procured solutions to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Align client feedback into actionable product road maps, working with our product and sales teams to advise on aligning project flow with our ability to address IT system challenges.
• Develop new ways of analyzing, organizing, and distributing data that create meaning for various stakeholders. Liase with project vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
