About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong and highly organized Technical Project Coordinator who can manage project activities while bringing hands-on development experience to the table. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a developer, with working knowledge of Angular, React, Node Js and any MVC framework, along with strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project planning, tracking, and execution across development, QA, and design teams.
• Act as a primary communication link between clients and internal teams for requirement clarification and updates.
• Assist in understanding technical requirements, providing input based on development experience.
• Review technical feasibility of requirements and provide recommendations during planning discussions.
• Prepare and manage project documentation—project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, technical notes, etc.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and help ensure timely delivery.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate and support UAT, deployments, and post-delivery activities.
• Ensure updated and accurate information in project management tools (Jira/Trello/Asana).
• Provide basic technical support or troubleshooting when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Total experience: 3–6 years, with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong coding experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project workflow processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and coordinate effectively with development teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello) and MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of APIs, databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and QA processes.
• Experience interacting directly with clients.
• Scrum/Agile certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
