Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in various project planning activities, task management, communication with stakeholders, resource coordination, risk tracking, documentation management, meeting facilitation, quality assurance support, and process adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. - Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to project timelines. - Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and management. - Prepare and disseminate project status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant documentation. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Help identify potential project risks and issues, track their resolution, and escalate as necessary. - Organize and maintain all project documentation, including technical specifications, requirements, and change logs. - Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing follow-up actions. - Assist in ensuring that projects meet quality standards and requirements. - Support the implementation and adherence to project management methodologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 2+ years of proven experience in a Project Co-ordinator, Project Support, or similar role within a technical environment. - Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Additional Company Details (if available): The job is based in an IT services or product development company and having a basic understanding of software development concepts or specific technologies relevant to the business, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, Scrum Master certification), would be considered beneficial.
