Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Cold Calling) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings or demos for the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients across target markets
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers
• Identify decision-makers and influencers within organizations
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Schedule appointments or product/service demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead and follow-up information
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer applications

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in IT services/SaaS/B2B sales
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
