Job Summary

Fission Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS product industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company’s sales strategy. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to think quickly and engage prospects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to identify, qualify, and acquire potential clients.
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead-generation activities.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate the value of the company’s tech/SaaS products effectively.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2.5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Inside Sales—preferably in technology or SaaS organizations.
  • Proven expertise in cold calling and handling high-volume outreach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be smart, spontaneous, and quick in conversation to engage potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
