Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch IT services and consulting solutions to

  international clients

  (primarily US & English-speaking markets)
• Handle the

  entire sales cycle

  —from lead engagement to closure
• Approach pre-identified opportunities and

  convert prospects into clients

  through the right messaging and conviction
• Own and manage relationships with new and existing clients
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in

  India and offshore

  to align sales and delivery
• Lead and mentor a small team where necessary
  
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and service briefs customized to client needs
  
• Maintain CRM, performance trackers, and reporting logs consistently
  
• Be available to support client calls across varied time zones (as needed)
  

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills –

  9/10 spoken and written English is mandatory

• Excellent

  negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills

• Confident, assertive, and highly responsible personality
  
• Proven track record in

  B2B or international sales

  (preferably in IT or services sector)
• Self-motivated with a hunger for success and

  money

• Ability to work under pressure, take ownership, and

  lead from the front

• Comfortable handling both

  individual responsibilities and team coordination

Preferred Background:

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B or international sales
  
• Familiarity with IT services, SaaS, or consulting businesses
  
• Prior experience working with US or global clients
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
