Who We’re Looking For: A shrewd saleswoman who can sell ice to an Eskimo. A go-getter who’s not afraid to hustle, negotiate, and close. A money-driven , target-oriented person who understands the grind and owns the game. If you have 9/10 English communication , unstoppable energy, and strong negotiation skills— you’re exactly who we want . Key Responsibilities: Pitch IT services and consulting solutions to international clients (primarily US & English-speaking markets) Handle the entire sales cycle —from lead engagement to closure Approach pre-identified opportunities and convert prospects into clients through the right messaging and conviction Own and manage relationships with new and existing clients Work closely with cross-functional teams in India and offshore to align sales and delivery Lead and mentor a small team where necessary Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and service briefs customized to client needs Maintain CRM, performance trackers, and reporting logs consistently Be available to support client calls across varied time zones (as needed) Required Skills: Strong communication skills – 9/10 spoken and written English is mandatory Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills Confident, assertive, and highly responsible personality Proven track record in B2B or international sales (preferably in IT or services sector) Self-motivated with a hunger for success and money Ability to work under pressure, take ownership, and lead from the front Comfortable handling both individual responsibilities and team coordination Preferred Background: 2–5 years of experience in B2B or international sales Familiarity with IT services, SaaS, or consulting businesses Prior experience working with US or global clients Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent Why Join Us: Base pay to keep you stable; incentives to make you unstoppable Direct exposure to global clients and real decision-makers No red tape.
