About the Role

highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist

You will bridge the gap between technical capability and client need helping prospects visualize solutions clearly while ensuring internal teams can deliver what is promised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the

    technical lead during the sales process

    , working alongside business development to qualify and close deals
  • Translate client problems into

    technical architectures

    , deployment models, and delivery plans
  • Run

    product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical deep-dives

    for clients
  • Assist in

    solution design, proposal building, RFP responses

    , and capability decks
  • Stay updated with

    latest technologies

    across:
    • Web: React, Next.js, Angular, Svelte
    • Backend: Node.js, GoLang, Python, Java, .NET
    • AI/ML: OpenAI, LLMs, LangChain, vector DBs
    • Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, Kubernetes
    • MarTech: HubSpot, Salesforce, APIs, email tools
    • Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Redis, Mongo, Postgres
  • Collaborate with delivery/engineering teams to

    validate feasibility and timelines

  • Represent the company in

    technical meetings, client calls, and product walkthroughs

  • Support post-sales handoffs with proper technical documentation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in

    technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or solution consulting

  • Strong

    technical breadth

    across

    software development, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, and APIs

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills able to speak to both CXOs and tech teams
  • Experience responding to

    RFPs, RFIs

    , and working in

    complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Ability to whiteboard and architect solutions during live calls
  • High confidence in building trust and handling

    objections with technical clarity

  • Prior experience working with

    startups, SaaS companies, or IT services

    is a strong plus

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in

    AWS, Azure, GCP

    , or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Prior coding or product development experience (even as a former engineer)
  • Experience with

    automation tools

    ,

    APIs

    , or building internal demos
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA) for enterprise deals
