Technical Sales Specialist

Were looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Indian team. Based in Bangalore and reporting to the General Manager based in Mumbai, this is a remote role with occasional travel, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:-

• Developing new business and managing key accounts.
• Management and support of distributors.
• Conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understanding customer requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
• Participation in relevant trade exhibitions.
• Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver results.
• CRM database management.
• Regular communication with the General Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience:-

• Approx 5 years of proven experience in technical/B2B sales, ideally in instrumentation, metrology, optics, or related industries.
• Proven experience in technical/B2B sales, ideally in instrumentation, metrology, optics, or related industries.
• A strong technical foundation with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Good stereo vision.
• Good computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Comfortable working alone but able to be a good team player in a networked environment.
• Good communication skills.
