Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist, located in Nashik. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales process by understanding customers technical needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include conducting technical sales presentations, offering customer-centric technical support, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through excellent communication and service. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support to understand and resolve customer challenges
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in the industrial or re-commerce sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
